Spinach Salad With Shrimp & Grapes

cups spinach leaves, loosely packed

cups California seedless grapes

1

 

pound shrimp, cooked, peeled and deveined

cups celery, thinly sliced on the bias

cups jicama, peeled and julienned

cups English cucumber, julienned

1/2

 

cup green onion

Recipe Sesame Vinaigrette

1/2

 

cup *Momokan(R) Seasoned Gourmet Rice Vinegar

1/4

 

cup olive oil

2

tablespoons toasted sesame oil

2

 

tablespoons sugar

2

 

teaspoons minced garlic

2

teaspoons minced ginger



Directions
In a large bowl, toss together all ingredients, including Momokan(R) Seasoned Gourmet Rice Vinegar. Serve on individual plates with Sesame Vinaigrette.

Garnish with toasted sesame seeds.

Sesame vinaigrette
Combine all ingredients in blender; pulse until emulsified. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
