Spicy Szechuan Peanut Sauce Tossed with Noodles

Ingredients

cups creamy peanut butter, (not marked natural)

cup *lite soy sauce

cup *sesame oil

tablespoons *Momokan
(R) Rice Vinegar5
garlic cloves, peeled and minced

tablespoons fresh ginger root, peeled and minced

teaspoons *Asian chili paste

tablespoon *hoisin sauce (or to taste)

tablespoons freshly squeezed lime juice

cup water

pinch sugar

pinch sea salt

pounds *Asian noodles, prepared according to package directions

chopped roasted peanuts for garnish

green onions for garnish
Directions
In a blender or food processor, blend together peanut butter, soy sauce, sesame oil, Momokan(R) Rice Vinegar, garlic, ginger root, chili paste, hoisin sauce, lime juice and water, process until smooth. Adjust seasonings with sugar and salt.
Toss sauce with cooked noodles -- use as much sauce as desired.
Top with chopped peanuts and green onions.
